Open Vision Consulting was founded by Tamika Sultan, an economic development strategist and trusted advisor to leaders building work that carries real weight in their communities.
For more than a decade, she has worked at the intersection of entrepreneurship, workforce development, agriculture, cultural production, and community-rooted economic growth — supporting startup and growth-stage initiatives through formation, restructuring, capital readiness, operational scaling, and strategic partnerships.
Her work focuses on helping leaders move from strong ideas to strong institutions — developing the governance structures, operational systems, and strategic alignment needed to sustain meaningful impact over time.
